Our Story

Growing up in a family-owned logistics company, Kelsy Lehne gained firsthand experience building and managing operations from the ground up. This early exposure provided a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges businesses face and laid the foundation for her passion for operational excellence.

Before founding Kalibur Resources, Kelsy led performance and operational improvement initiatives for a nationwide logistics organization, where she developed and implemented a driver performance program spanning more than 1,100 drivers across the United States. The program helped reduce delivery costs, improve operational output, and streamline driver management through data-driven accountability and performance standards.

Kelsy founded Kalibur Resources to bridge the gap between operational challenges and practical solutions. Having worked directly in logistics and operations, she understands the constant pressure organizations face to control costs, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions with limited time and resources. Her approach is straightforward, rooted in real-world experience, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
