Growing up in a family-owned logistics company, I gained firsthand experience in building and managing operations from the ground up. This foundation laid the groundwork for my passion for operational excellence.

Before founding this company, I served as Director of Operational Excellence, where I developed and implemented a nationwide driver performance program. This initiative reduced delivery costs, enhanced output, and streamlined driver management across a team of over 1,100 drivers.

I established Kalibur Resources to bridge the gap between operational challenges and practical solutions. I understand the pressures of managing costs and the need for effective, data-driven strategies. Our approach is straightforward, rooted in real-world experience, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
